Cooling Units (Uninstalled): WCI Service has a strict 15 day return policy for uninstalled units that are brand new. This policy does not apply to "modified" units. If you are not sure whether your unit will be new or modified, please contact us to confirm before purchasing.

Cooling Units (Modified): WCI Service has a No Return, No Refund, No Cancellation Policy on all "modified" units. Modified units are those which do not come from the manufacturer with the elements or modifications that WCI Service provides; examples of these units are Top Vents, OEM's, Black Stainless Steel, etc.. If you are not sure whether your unit will be modified, please contact us to confirm before purchasing.

Cooling Units (WKSL Models): WCI Service has a No Return, No Refund, No Warranty Policy on all "WKSL" units when not sold as Condenser and EVP / Air Handler together in the same transaction. This includes the WKSL 2200 and 4000 models. When sold as Condenser Only and/or EVP / Air Handler Only, they are considered "Parts" and our Parts Policy applies as stated here and above.
